I feel really lucky that I have almost perfect eye sight. I'm one of those that gets freaked out by eye stuff. I can't bear to watch my family or friends put on or take off their contacts.
lis, you have no idea how much i envy you. i would kill to be able to go without contacts...that's probably much easier than making myself spend 3k on lasik.
btw, i'm the kind of person you would want to avoid...i used to take a perverse pleasure in taking out my contacts in front of my dorm mate who had the same problem as you. hehe.
Good thing I don't live with you then. :P
